FUNDRAISING FOR LA JOLLA ELEMENTARY

The school foundation is dedicated to providing an enriched education for our students. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow a supportive environment. With your help, we can continue to fundraise and provide resources that will enhance the educational experience for our students.

Thank you for your support!

TIME TO GET INVOLVED

FRIENDS EVENTS AT A GLANCE

Our schools operate with increasingly difficult financial challenges. San Diego Unified is no different and the School Board recently voted to approve hundreds of job cuts as district leaders contend with a nearly $94 million budget deficit heading into the school year.

So, fundraising events for schools are now more critical than ever before in providing necessary resources and opportunities for students. From new textbooks to additional teachers, enrichment programs, extracurricular activities and after school programs, these events help to ensure that all of our students have access to the tools they need to succeed By supporting these events, we make a positive impact on the education of our children and of our future generations.

Parent volunteers are an essential part of school life. Those that do volunteer bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience which greatly benefit students and teachers alike. And its such a great was to connect with your child and their friends and make a positive impact. Whatever the reason, parent volunteers play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students.

As a parent, your role as a Donor will make a huge financial difference in enriching education for our students at La Jolla Elementary. With your support, we can provide additional teachers and work together to create a better environment for our children. Thank for your dedication and commitment to our school community.

Finally, As public schools face more and more budget cuts and layoffs, our fundraising has become more crucial than ever. Our school needs your support to ensure that our students receive the education they deserve. Join us in efforts to make a difference in the lives of our future.

Helping at the Annual Giving Campaign!

As we gear up for the new school year, we renew our commitment to providing an enriched education. We are a public school and we face significant resource constraints that hinder our ability to achieve our goals including bridging the gap between public funding and resources we need. In addition to monetary donations, volunteers are always welcome to help with AGC events.
